How it Works
The fundraising team purchases our honey at a discount and then re-sells at a recommended sale price and keeps the difference. we will deliver the honey to a single drop off location within southern Alberta for free. We are flexible in how we work with you but find that one of two approaches works best.
We deliver the honey, then you sell it.
the team decides to sell our honey and determines a fixed sales target per family. the team pays for the honey up front. We deliver to a single drop-off point. The team then distributes to the selling families, and they’re ready to sell. This approach means the family has the honey on hand when they’re selling; it’s easier to sell when the buyer can see (and taste!) the product, and there’s no need to return later to collect money and deliver the honey. This approach works best when the team sells only one size container of honey; we recommend the 1kg or 3kg size to ensure a healthy profit to your organization.
we sell the honey, then you deliver it.
we can also simply provide a fundraising code for our website; we track sales with that code, reimburse the fundraising organization for a portion of the proceeds, and then deliver the honey to a single drop-off point. the fundraising organization then delivers to the buyers. this approach works well when all fundraising is being done online.
